FERG BLURBS -- Muse, Paul McCartney, And Dave Grohl

Every Fashion Show Should Be This Fun

January 18, 2018

You may have seen our post from yesterday concerning Paul McCartney joining the Super Group Dr. Pepper's Jaded Hearts Club Band, and it was all a part of Paul's daughter Stella McCartney's big Hollywood spectactular debuting her autumn and winter clothing lines for 2018. You can read the recap here, as it was a star-studded event with a ton of music giants.

But, the real story is that, apparently, Dave Grohl also made an appearance! Muse drummer Dom Howard shared a photo showing him alongside fellow drummers Taylor Hawkins and Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) and Nine Inch Nails drummer Ilan Rubin.

The picture, naturally, sent Muse and Foo Fighter fans alike clamoring for some sort of super-group, but with Muse slated to put their new album out this year, and the Foos gearing up to tour Australia in support of their latest album, the timelines probably won't match up. Instead, we get the Dr. Pepper's Jaded Hearts Club Band performing Beatles songs...and you know what, I'm okay with that.

Here they are performing "I Saw Her Standing There" from Tuesday night:

And here's the band with Macca again, this time, blistering through a raucous version of "Helter Skelter":
